This was one of those once in a lifetime weddings! When a Firefighter marries an RCMP and has a beautiful outdoor wedding AND they are both drop dead gorgeous to boot! It was a blissfully sunny day in Red Deer and the weather was divine while we watched Susan and Joel declare their eternal love for each other.

The wedding day was full of special touches. Susan was basically Martha Stewart!. She made all the delicious cakes (yes cakes! There were so many I lost count!) and she also did all the floral arrangements herself including the bouquets and boutonnieres.  The bride and groom walked down the aisle between the Honor Guard for both Fire and RCMP, while the Red Deer Pipes Band played.

Susan and Joel… I was so honored to be part of your special day and I am so happy to call you friends!
